Abeiku Santana is the new face of the Adom Group of Companies.

Mr. Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey, also known as ‘Abeiku Santana,’ has been named a brand ambassador for the Adom Group of Companies, one of Ghana’s most prominent real estate developers.

The Adom Group, whose businesses include Adom City Estates, Adom Heights, Ace Heights, Adom Charity, Blessed Adom Trading, and Orel City, will use the 2021 Radio and Television Personality Award winner as its new commercial face.

Bringing Abeiku Santana on board, according to Dr. Bright Adom, Chief Executive Officer of Adom Group of Companies, was intended to teach low-income earners about the cheap housing units available to them.

“We know there is a housing shortage of over two million people, and it has been for a long time, therefore we at Adom City are set to fill the gap, with plans to construct over 5000 houses in the next five years.”

“In order to meet this goal, we decided to bring Abeiku Santana on board to drive this initiative to provide affordable housing to low-income workers,” he stated.

Abeiku Santana thanked Adom Group of Companies for the chance to be a part of the well-known brand and emphasized his ambition to provide more value in the future years in his address.

“For it is a tremendous honor and pleasure for me to put my marketing talents to bear on informing Ghanaians, particularly the middle-class, about the reasonable packages provided by Adom City.”

“We all know how stressful it is to construct a house in Accra,” he continued, “but with Adom City, you have a reliable and trustworthy partner who can provide you with inexpensive housing.”

Mr. Kofi Adabor Ofori-Amanfo, Managing Director of Orel City and Heights, said that Abeiku Santa’s addition to the Adom Group was critical to the company’s growth, particularly in its new subsidiary Ace Heights.

“At Ace Heights, we provide affordable luxury into Ghanaians’ homes,” he added. “I hope Santana will help propagate this message to Ghanaians both at home and abroad.”

Rev. Opoku Adjei, Managing Director of Adom City, said his company had developed a niche as an inexpensive estate developer over the years, and that with this relationship, it hoped to reach out to even more low-income earners.

“Our goal is to move quickly while simultaneously providing great customer service. “We feel that everyone deserves a nice place to lay their heads, and that remains our objective,” he stated.

Adom City Estate has received five consecutive Best Real Estate Developers in Ghana awards, as well as the Best Residential Developer for Lower-Income at the 2021 Ghana Property Awards.

It was named Best Social Housing Development Real Estate Company at the International Property Awards Body’s Africa & Arabia Property Awards in 2021.
